Ha muitos. Como os medicamentos Chines, as plantas, arvores ca sao pode ser os medicamentos. A fruta de Inbondeiro e aparece-se o quiabo gigante, um cha de isto faz bem para diabetes! ..gente bebe com muito de acucar, pronto. Eu acho que sem acucar tanbem era doce mas talvez tenho uma lingua japonesa. Porque o meu campanheiro ainda pos o mel e depois um sorrinho penoso coitadinho. Bom medicamento sabor amargo todo mundo!

中国でいう漢方薬のようにアフリカにも多くの薬草、薬木があります。例えば巨木インボンデイロの実は３０センチ程の巨大なオクラのようでその中身を乾燥させて煎じた液体、ドロドロした土色、は糖尿病に効く！といいながらそれを飲むときは皆かなりの量の砂糖を入れておいしそうに飲みます。しかし砂糖なしでも十分甘味あり。と感じるのは日本人の味覚か、、。相方は砂糖の甘さに飽き足らず蜂蜜も加えて飲んだがしかし、つらい笑顔。良薬口ににがし、世界共通!

In Africa there are many good medicines from the nature like Chinese medicine. Plants, trees, roots...The tea of the fruit of Inbondeiro looks like a giant hairy OKURA is good for diabetes! ...well, everybody drinks it with much suger though. I tasted it without suger also can be sweet enough, but it might be my japanese stuff...because my partner even added honey, but a bashful smile on his face after the drink. A good medicine tastes bittttttttter it's in all over the world!

LAZY SUNDAY

Sexta-feira, mamã monique uhlalá. african disco animada por emigrantes e prustitutas, que passam a noite a dançar para o espelho gigante ao fundo da pista. E onde todos excepto nós, pareciam perceber as letras das músicas.
Sabado prometia ser no elinga. A maquina fotografia avariou-se.
Não houve electrocidade hoje. A gasolina do gerador acabou.
Electricidade voltou. Ainda chegou a haver a tentação do choco frito, mas nós...
... nem saímos mais do ninho.

金曜日の夜、地元のアフリカンディスコその名も”ママー・モニーク・ウーララー”に行く。移民（ルアンダはアフリカの中でも有数の大きな都市なのでコンゴ等の周辺の国からアメリカンドリームならぬアフリカンドリームを抱いての多くの移民がいる。）や売春婦（といってもそのイメージは日本のそれよりもっと明るい感じ。一夫多妻制の文化の大きさを感じます）が夜を踊り明かすそのダンスフロアには巨大な鏡があり、それに踊る全員が自分自身に魅入っている妙な空間を私は面白くて好きだと思う。
土曜はエリンガというクラブ・バー（建物はほぼ破壊されているが中に入るとDJブースがあるバー）にいくはずだったが行かずに作業。カメラが壊れた。
今日は電気が無かった。ジェネレーターを点けようとしたら、ガソリンが無かった。夜に街の電気がとどいた。さて、、外に出てイカのフライを食べたいなと話しつつもその一歩が出せない今日は日曜の私たち。

どうなん？来るはずの工事の男たち、本日姿を見せず。またか、、。では今日は私たちのアパートの見張り番、アウグシュトを紹介！彼は私がはじめてルワンダを一緒に散歩した人（一人歩きは禁止されている為）。いつもありがとうアウグシュト！

what's up to? Nobody came to fix the water pipe today. well, it's like that. So I introduce you one of our guards who names Augusto! He is the first person who I walked streets with when I arrived here. thank you always, augusto!

今日もまた工事が進まず水なしの一日。部品を忘れてまた明日！またか！
そんなわけで私たちの行水グッズ、今日もスタンバイ。

Mas...Nossa casa nao. Ja passamos 5dias sem agua porque a bomba da agua esta avaliada. os grandes irmaos tentaram consertar-la mas...................fica para amanha. ya?

だがしかし、、私たちの家に水は無い。既に五日目。ポンプが故障。3人の大きな男たちがいろいろ試してはいるが、、。「もう暗くなってきたからまた明日ってことで、いい？」（こんな調子で既に一ヶ月はおざなりになっている件、多数。）

But...our house doesn't have water because the water pump is broken. it has been 5days now, and even though some great brothers worked to fix it...................."well, let's see tomorrow, ok?"

Hoje, finalmente o nosso bairro tem água para toda agente!
本日、ついに水道が私たちの住む地区全ての家庭へ二ヶ月ぶりに再開通！

WEEKEND@BARRA DO DANDE

Vem já com uma semana de atraso, mas foi um dos lugares mais agradáveis onde estivemos e fica apenas a 70 km para norte de Luanda.

一週間遅れですが、先週末はルアンダの７０km北にあるビーチへ。
一同、蚊を恐れながらもうっかり天国に来てしまったかのよう。

This post is about one week late, but it was one of the nicest places we've been and it is just 70 km north of Luanda.

CALULU DE CARNE SECA E FEIJÃO DE ÓLEO DE PALMA

Há que bater o funge com garra, cozinhar bem os ingredientes e depois... é só saborear. Delicioso.

塩漬け肉のカルルーとパームオイルの煮豆。おくらやトマト、なす、ジンボイアの葉（つるむらさきの様に煮るとねっとりする）など野菜たっぷり。フンジ作りは経験がものをいう、、。しかしこの味わい！デリシャス。

First you must hit the "funge", cook well all the ingredients and then... just delight yourself. delicious.

SEGREDOS DO CALULU／おいしいカルルーの秘訣

Um pau para bater o funge, óleo de palma e gimboa fresquinha e bem lavada.

フンジ（タロイモ粉のおもち）をつく為の棒、パームオイル、ジンボイアの葉っぱはきちんと洗います。

A stick to hit the "funge", palm tree oil and fresh "gimboa" properly washed.
